Digitization-related and digitally supported school (culture) development through multi-professional cooperation at all-day elementary school (DigiSchuKuMPK)
The research project aims at a digitization-related and digitally supported professionalization of pedagogical staff at all-day elementary school. Firstly, it focuses on the development of further training courses to promote multi-professionalism as a core element of inclusive school culture development through intra-, inter- and transprofessional school and teaching development with a focus on inclusion and all-day education. Building on this, the second focus is on the country-specific implementation of the developed concepts and formats, the provision of materials via digital infrastructures and the monitoring of development processes.
